Mentor
James has been an Aid & Abet mentor since 2015. James has spent 25 years in the criminal justice system where he first offended at the age of 11. This led to being in prison at 16 and 17 years of drug addiction.
James’ passion comes from his own experience in trauma, addiction and recovery and how he can help people from his own experiences.
Since being a mentor at Aid & Abet James has been involved in several placements and projects including: Turn Your Life Around (TYLA), Tribal Home, Violence Reduction Unit, Community Criminal Justice.
