Kevin spent many years in the criminal justice system due to addictions to drink and drugs. He felt there was no way out.
He saw first hand the effects of people trapped in the same self-destructive cycle, including returns to prison, homelessness and premature death.
He managed to turn his life around and is now co-founder, core group member and mentor at Aid & Abet, using his experiences, past and present, to help those leaving prison to turn their lives around.
He believes, based on his own experience, that change is possible and it’s never too late to start.
