About TURN YOUR LIFE AROUND (TYLA)

The Turn Your Life Around project is led by Edinburgh City Council and Police Scotland and recently won the Herald Society Award in the Education Initiative of the Year category. 

Some of our mentors along with other volunteers, visit schools and share the difficulties they experienced growing up and the hard times they had while attending school.

Our mentors give hope to kids letting them know they can turn their lives around, that they are not alone and encourage them to speak to people that can help.
